Vitamin Consultation - Initial Visit

Dr. Rachelle's Follow Up visit to review evaluation and assessment of individual vitamin needs to support wellness and longevity.

Non Surgical Pain Consultation - Initial Visit

This appointment includes a physical exam, possible blood work prescription, X-ray recommendations and review of medical records.

This one hour visit (includes 15 min medical record and history review) is a comprehensive physical examination to guide assessment and recommendations for suggested treatment options.

SECOND OPINION by Dr. Rachelle
This service provides patients the opportunity to receive an expert second opinion from Dr. Rachelle Janush, D.O., a physician with over 20 years of clinical experience in comprehensive health evaluation. Dr. Janush personally reviews and assesses the patient's presented medical records, test results and treatment plans to offer a thoughtful, evidence-based evaluation. Each consultation includes a detailed interpretation of findings, professional recommendations, and guidance for ongoing management-including referrals to local or national specialists as appropriate for continued care.

This consultation is for 90 minutes and is inclusive of a physical exam, if additional analysis, data collection is required an additional appointment may be required.

Wellness Evaluation

Patients who are concerned about aging, fatigue, longevity, will be evaluated by Dr. Rachelle, a neuromuscular-skeletal expert for over 20 years.

Patients are to bring laboratories, imaging studies to this appointment for review. This review is scheduled for 60 minutes.

Fibromyalgia Evaluation

Patients who have been diagnosed or suspected with fibromyalgia and have not been successful in maneuvering through the diagnostic puzzle; uncertain therapeutic approaches and incomplete treatment direction may need a comprehensive head-to-toe physical, laboratory recommendations, imaging prescriptions, and treatment options. This visit is scheduled for 90 minutes.

Men's Preventative & Vitality Evaluation

A focused, 45-minute consultation designed to help men stay active, reduce pain, and strengthen overall wellness through cardiovascular, metabolic, and lifestyle assessment with Dr. Rachelle.

Visit length is 45 minutes.

Dr. Janush holds the position of Associate at the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, is a Diplomat in the American Board of Osteopathic Medicine, and holds Fellowship status in the American Academy of Disability Evaluation Physicians.

Specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, also known as physiatry, Dr. Janush focuses on diagnosing and treating disorders of the musculoskeletal and neurologic systems with an emphasis on recovery. As an osteopathic physician, she adopts a distinctive holistic approach, incorporating manual medicine in patient care.

Having dedicated numerous years to acquiring exceptional medical education, Dr. Rachelle approaches each patient with a combination of knowledge and respect. With over 20 years of medical practice, she brings a wealth of experience to provide unique diagnostic and treatment care.

Dr. Janush skillfully unravels diagnostic challenges by attentively listening to her patients and establishing connections between symptoms and complaints. She is committed to comprehensive patient recovery, addressing medical, social, vocational, and quality of life aspects.
